The VGT (Visual Gestural Communication) is a the form of communication manual used in some parts of world to communicate with the people deaf or hard of hearing. The VGT uses gestures, facial expressions and body movements to convey information and ideas, but does not have a grammar or structure of formal sign languages official. The VGT was used historically in some parts of Africawhere there was no sign languages officially recognised. However, the VGT is not an official language recognised and has no standardization formal.
