Deaf cultural

The the term “deaf culture” refers to people that they are not deafbut that have chosen to identify with the culture of the deaf and to adopt the language of signs as part of their cultural identity. The deaf cultural they may be hard of hearing, but may have relatives or friends with the deaf, or can be moved into contact with the culture of the deaf through work or personal interest. The deaf cultural they share many of the same values, norms and social practices of the deaf community, and may participate actively in the life of the deaf community. The deaf cultural recognise sign language as a language full and legitimate, and you can use it as your preferred means of communication for self-expression.
